Please review our return policies and instructions in its entirety to ensure a smooth and easy return process.

Instructions For All Returns

1. Return requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase/invoice date.
2. Only new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned (except items are covered by our Wee Guarantee Program). Original condition means free of any odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include all original tags and packaging (if applicable).
3. You must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization form online for all returns.
   
   Please wait for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to be approved before shipping your return to us. You will receive an email notification when your request has been approved including your RMA number and return instructions.
4. After obtaining your RMA number, please send your package, along with a copy of your original receipt, to:

   Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend purchasing package insurance or using Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package is traceable. One Size Diaper Store is not responsible for returned items we do not receive.
5. When your package is received you will receive an email indicating your package has been “received.” Returns are processed once a week. When your return is processed, you will receive an email indicating your return is “complete.”
6. If you opted for a refund, you will receive a credit to your original form of payment. If you opted for store credit, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
   
   Please note: If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from all returns processed for a refund (if the entire order was returned). Partial returns, or returns for store credit will not incur a deduction for the original shipping costs.

Exceptions

Final Sale or Clearance Items. These items cannot be returned/exchanged. No exceptions!

Wee Guarantee Program. One Size Diaper Store offers an exclusive 45 day Wee Guarantee Diapers™ program with the purchase of all first quality bumGenius One Size 3.0 Pocket Diapers, bumGenius Organic All-in-One One Size Diapers, and Gro Baby One Size Diapers (second quality, used, clearance, and/or limited or special edition diapers are not eligible for the Wee Guarantee Diapers™ Program). Try the diapers and if you’re not completely satisfied you may return the diapers for a full store credit or refund (less original shipping costs if your order was shipped with free shipping) within 45 days of the purchase date.

Please Note: Gro Baby One Size Diapers and bumGenius One Size Organic All-in-One Diapers were added to the program as of October 21, 2009. Orders placed before this date, for these two items, are not eligible for the Wee Guarantee program (only the bumGenius One Size 3.0 pocket diapers apply).

Defective Merchandise. While every effort has been made to provide you with top quality merchandise, if you believe you have defective merchandise, you must contact the manufacturer directly. Please contact us for the manufacturer’s contact details. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on defective merchandise.

Package Deals. If you purchased a package deal and return only a portion of it, we calculate the items you kept as if you had purchased them individually at regular retail value from our website. If you purchase a package deal that included a free bonus item(s), you will need to return the free items (still in their new/unused condition) along with your return. If the free item has been used, or you decide you would like to keep the item, then the cost of the item will be deducted from your return.

Refused Packages. Refusing a package is not a viable return method. Any packages sent back to us as refused are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you need to make a return please follow our return procedure listed above.

Gift Returns. If you received a gift purchased from One Size Diaper Store, you may return the item for store credit within 30 days of the purchase date (all return policies apply). We will need the original invoice number in order to process your return request. If you do not have the invoice number please contact us with the name of the purchaser and we will be able to look up the information for you. Once we receive and process your return we will set up a store credit gift certificate and email you the code. You may use your store credit to purchase anything from our store that is currently in stock. The store credit gift certificate is valid for six months from the issuing date.

Exchanges. We do not offer exchanges (only credited returns and store credit for gifts). Our inventory is constantly changing and unfortunately we may not have a particular item/color/size in stock when a return is received. Therefore we only issue store credit so you may purchase from our available inventory and ensure you receive your new items in a quick and timely manner.

Shipping Policy

One Size Diaper Store offers FREE Shipping on all orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States (lower states only, Alaska and Hawaii not included). All orders are shipped via US Mail. If you need your order quicker we offer US Mail Priority Shipping which takes approximately 3-5 BUSINESS days from date of shipment to arrive. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed service and shipping times are approximate.

Due to the nature of the products and their significant weight the following applies to all laundry detergents and cleaning products:

• Free Shipping coupons are not eligible on these products.
• Expedited shipping is not guaranteed on these products as some ship direct from our supplier.
• All sales are final.

**Chinese Prefolds- Due to the extremely high shipping cost for prefolds we do not offer expedited shipping on this item.

INSURANCE:

If you would like your order shipped insured mail we recommend purchasing Package Insurance. If you purchase insurance we do guarantee delivery and a replacement package will be sent out after 30 days of original ship date. If you do not purchase insurance we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse so we strongly encourage the purchase of insurance. We ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.

Alaska and Hawaii shipping: We now offer our FREE shipping to orders of $99 and up shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Overnight shipping: Please call us at 207-744-9112 to be able to have your order ship via Overnight mail.
International shipping: At the current time we can only ship within the United States.

To be able to offer reasonable prices we often use "recycled" shipping products.

Cancelling an order: Unfortunately once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled. If you do need to make a return please let us know and we can certainly accomodate you. Thank you for your understanding.

We usually process orders and ship them out within 2-3 business days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.) Please note that during the summer months (June,July,& August) orders placed Wednesday thru Sunday will most likely ship on Monday.
