We would be glad to honor your return as long as you follow the directions below:

- WITHIN 30 days of order date products can be returned.
* You MUST retrieve a Return Merchandised Authorization # by filling out our form here: www.diapershops.com/RMA/returns.php

All returns MUST include a copy of your receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There are some items that are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have 3 options when you make a return:

1. Straight Return: This is when you return the product within 30 days of invoice date and want your account credited. There is a 10% restocking fee for selecting a straight return. If you order was shipped with free shipping the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return. Items can be returned as long as they are in their original, unwashed condition and in their original packaging. Original condition also means free of smoke, any odors, pet hair, etc.
2. Store Credit: A store credit will be issued and is valid for 6 months. The store credit is for the FULL purchase price. If you order was shipped with free shipping the original shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. Items can be returned as long as they are in their original, unwashed condition and in their original packaging. Original condition also means free of smoke, any odors, pet hair, etc.
   How does the store credit work? Once we receive your return we will set up a store credit gift certificate that you can use for anything in our in-stock store. The store credit is for the purchase price of the item.
   Why don't we offer exchanges? Being that our inventory is constantly changing we only issue a store credit. This way you will be able to make a purchase from our in stock store and will be certain that you will get the items you want.
3. Wee Guarantee Return - All 1st quality Bumgenius One Size Diapers (version 3.0) are eligible for our 30 day money back guarantee program. (seconds & clearance are NOT eligible) If you aren't completely satisfied with your eligible Bumgenius purchase you can return it for a refund of the purchase price. If you order was shipped with free shipping the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return.

Package deals: If you purchase a package deal and return only a portion of it, we add up the items that you kept as if you had purchased them individually off of the website. If you purchase a package deal that included FREE bonus items those need to be included in your return. If you decide to keep the FREE bonus items we will just deduct a nominal fee for them if you keep them.

We recommend insuring or using Delivery Confirmation to be sure your package is trackable. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

3 Steps to a successful Return:

1. Enclose copy of receipt.
2. Carefully follow the directions that were emailed to you after you submitted the form.
3. Clearly mark the Return Authorization # on the front of the package.

Shipping Policy

One Size Diaper Store offers FREE Shipping on all orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States (lower states only, Alaska and Hawaii not included). All orders are shipped via US Mail. If you need your order quicker we offer US Mail Priority Shipping which takes approximately 3-5 BUSINESS days from date of shipment to arrive. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed service and shipping times are approximate.

Due to the nature of the products and their significant weight the following applies to all laundry detergents and cleaning products:

• Free Shipping coupons are not eligible on these products.
• Expedited shipping is not guaranteed on these products as some ship direct from our supplier.
• All sales are final.

**Chinese Prefolds- Due to the extremely high shipping cost for prefolds we do not offer expedited shipping on this item.

INSURANCE:

If you would like your order shipped insured mail we recommend purchasing Package Insurance. If you purchase insurance we do guarantee delivery and a replacement package will be sent out after 30 days of original ship date. If you do not purchase insurance we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse so we strongly encourage the purchase of insurance. We ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.

Alaska and Hawaii shipping: We now offer our FREE shipping to orders of $99 and up shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Overnight shipping: Please call us at 207-583-2764 to be able to have your order ship via Overnight mail.
International shipping: At the current time we can only ship within the United States.

To be able to offer reasonable prices we often use "recycled" shipping products.

Cancelling an order: Unfortunately once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled. If you do need to make a return please let us know and we can certainly accomodate you. Thank you for your understanding.

We usually process orders and ship them out within 2-3 business days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.) Please note that during the summer months (June,July,& August) orders placed Wednesday thru Sunday will most likely ship on Monday.
