The fit is great on my 20lb 16 month old, and I'm anticipating a good fit on our newborn due in January. On the smallest setting the size is comparable to a newborn bummis superbrite wrap. Dries quickly on the line and in the dryer, and is uber absorbant. We've used it overnight with no doubler and zero leaks. Applix is amazing, unlike any other applix I have. Its bullletproof!
